Shipping Policy

1. All Items are generally shipped the same day or the next business day after the payment cleared(sat.& sun. holidays excluded).

2. Please make sure your address in PayPal matches with your shipping address you want us to ship to, as we ship to your PayPal address normally. We are not responsible for the package loss by wrong or undeliverable address. Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate resulting in non-delivery, the shipment is returned to us due to insufficient or incomplete address provided by you, customers will be charged the additional postal charges so incurred. we will have to re-charge you the re-shipment postage. So, please make sure the address is complete, including business name and suite number if the postal address is a business complex, and proper suburb name. When the 2nd Delivery and Service Charges are required for a replacement or exchange item(s), prepaid satchel or stamps would not be accepted, nor would they be returned.

3. Our shipping costs also include the cost of the packaging box, packaging material used to protect the product and/or any other material used during the processing of the order.

4. Shipping cost is not including duties or Tax.

Order Tracking: We allow you to track your order at below link. When your shipment is confirmed, you'll receive a tracking number in your confirmation e-mail. All the package can be tracked on

Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order for any reason, Email to us for assistance. If your order has not shipped out we will be able to cancel it for you. If an order has already shipped we will accept a return under the terms of our Return Policy. If the items you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you by email.

Return Policy

It is our goal to provide the customer with 100% satisfaction. If there are any problems with your order please contact us immediately. We will try our best to solve your problem.

1. Should you change your mind after purchase, please contact our customer service department immediately. If the order has not shipped, we can cancel your order as long as you request. However, if your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (including the original shipping, handling charges and return postage), and a 10% restocking fee will be charged, and we will refund to you after received the returns.

2. We try our best to deliver your desired products as soon as possible. In case you receive wrong products due to our mistake, please contact our customer service department for exchange or refund. We will make exchange or refund arrangement after goods are returned.

3. All our products have warranty. Period of warranty from the date of original shipment. If products do not work properly, please contact our customer service department first to resolve your problem. Do not return goods directly to us without getting a RMA number. It is difficult for us to find out your transaction record and this may result in delaying exchange or refund process. Manufacturers defective products must be returned within 30 days since the issue date of RMA. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be made.

4. the item must be returned with all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc. buyers are responsible on returned shipping cost. Refund will be made when the return arrived. Please packing the item carefully when return.

Exchanges: An item may only be exchanged for something similar to the item purchased. An example would be if you accidently purchased the wrong keyboard then we can exchange it for the correct keyboard. The buyer would be responsible for all shipping charges and differences in price.
